Privacy policy

Last updated 10 October 2026. This says what information RaptMate holds, why, and what you can do about it.

RaptMate is run by Stephen O'Brien, a sole trader in Queensland, Australia (ABN 92 129 490 861). We follow the Australian Privacy Principles and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. Contact: info@raptmate.com.

3. What we use it for

We don't sell information, and we don't use customers' details for our own marketing. A customer's details belong to the business that asked us to contact them. We only act on that business's behalf.

We use these services to run RaptMate. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.

Every request has a way to opt out. Once you do, that business can't contact you through RaptMate again.

8. Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

Email info@raptmate.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We aim to reply within 10 working days. If you are a customer of a business that uses RaptMate, we may also tell that business, because the details came from its records.

9. If something goes wrong

If information is lost or seen by someone who shouldn't have it, and that is likely to cause serious harm, we will tell the people affected and the regulator.

10. Complaints

Tell us first, at info@raptmate.com, so we can put it right. If you aren't satisfied, you can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand (privacy.org.nz).

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date. If the change is significant, we email the businesses that use RaptMate.
